01Reporting a correction

A monitored corrections address has not been published. The business and partnership inbox below is not a customer-support or corrections channel.

The fastest correction to act on names the page, quotes the line, and links to the provider page that contradicts it.

02What NexKit cannot help with

NexKit does not sell eSIMs and has no access to any provider's systems. It cannot look up your order, reissue a profile, extend a plan, process a refund, or contact a provider on your behalf.

For anything to do with a plan you have bought, your provider's own support channel is the only route, and it will need your order reference and the eSIM's ICCID.
